Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Agro Electric website and estimate requests. It does not replace a service agreement or a customer’s statutory rights.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect the name, phone number, optional email address, requested service, page URL, and details you provide. If you call or text us, we receive the information in that communication. With your optional analytics choice, we also receive limited website-use data through our analytics providers.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare or provide electrical services, communicate about the requested work, protect our systems, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and sharing

We use Loomi Web to receive and manage website leads. Loomi Web and its contracted infrastructure, messaging, hosting, and analytics providers may process information only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property, or our rights. We do not authorize providers to use estimate-request information for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

Optional analytics use PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics only after you allow analytics. We also use Google Fonts and Lenis to deliver the site. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser request data when their resources load. See our Cookie Policy to manage your analytics choice.

Texts, calls, and recordings

Submitting an estimate request does not subscribe you to promotional messages. If you check the contact-consent box, you authorize us to call or text about that request. You can reply STOP to stop text messages. We will provide a recording or AI-processing notice whenever a call is recorded or processed by those technologies, where required.

Retention and security

We retain request and service information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can decline or withdraw optional analytics through Cookie settings. To ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, call (716) 818-0275 and say that your request concerns privacy. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires. If applicable privacy law gives you an appeal or additional right, we will explain the applicable process in our response.

Children and changes

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as our practices change; the date above will show the latest revision.
